Brand Engagement

Branding is the craft of creative differentiation.

Products are considered based on price. Brands are sought out based on passion.

Successful brands develop powerful, sustaining emotional connections driven by trust and a belief that the buyer is part of something greater than a transaction. The brand empowers them, and their loyalty in turn empowers the brand. Effectively communicating the key differences of your brand – both in message and medium – creates connections that transform buyers into believers.

We speak passionately about brands, because for 25 years we have had the privilege of working with some of the world’s best brands – and the results have been outstanding.

Connect | Inspire | Influence

Shopper Engagement

In-Store, online or offline, Shopper Engagement is the art of creatively impacting behaviour.

The journey that each shopper takes to discover, explore and ultimately make a purchase is as unique as his or her personal preferences. How, where and when shoppers research and buy continues to evolve.

At LPi, understanding and applying the insights behind shopper behaviour is how we have been converting shoppers into buyers since 1990. In virtually every category, in every retail channel, across North America, we have created and executed shopper solutions – and the results have been outstanding.
